When you make a free, no obligation appointment with Lifetime, one of the company Directors will visit your home to discuss your new home improvement. We’ll listen carefully to your requirements. We will offer recommendations for designs to suit your home and help you get the most out of your investment. We will send you a quotation for the project.
When you are ready to proceed with the work, we will send you an order form with details of the work to be carried out. Most contracts do not require a deposit before the work is carried out.
We will contact you to make arrangements for your installation team to call and carry out a detailed survey. They will take accurate measurements and confirm the designs and options you’ve ordered.
Once the survey has been carried out we begin processing your order. All of Lifetime’s windows, doors and conservatories are manufactured to the highest standard using the best materials. We apply strict quality control procedures at every stage of production and we never compromise.
We will contact you to arrange dates for your installation to be carried out.
Your installation team will arrive on the dates arranged. They will cover furniture and flooring with dust sheets or move furniture where necessary. Window installations to upper floors will be carried out prior to the ground floor. Your installation we be completed with minimum disruption and your home will be left clean and tidy.
Upon satisfactory completion of your project we will send your invoice. We will register your windows and doors with FENSA who will send you your certificate direct. Your 10 year insurance backed guarantee will be activated.
